You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not charge cancellation fees.
Subscription Fees: All payments made for the Pro Plan subscription (monthly) are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month subscription periods or unused services.
Exceptions: If you believe you have been charged in error or due to a technical glitch on our platform, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction date. We will investigate the issue and process a refund to your original payment method if applicable.
If a refund is approved, it will be initiated immediately. Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Credit/Debit Card), depending on your bank's processing time.
